With the accesories we sell we offer a Free Fitting Service just to make sure that its the correct size and style for your dog. We are fully trained and have a dedicated area in store where we can try various items on to see which style and size suits your dog the best.
After ensuring a correct and comfortable fit we will go through with you how to put on and off and how to use properly and will follow up with you to ensure that the item continues to work in tandem with your companion.
Our ongoing support will always be there so if you need an item checked or adjusted just bring your dog in and we will just refit and make sure with you that it is effective, safe and comfortable.
